2. as retaliation and malfeasance through invention of uncorroborated

non-contemporaneous notation, no mention to staff, unreported to HR or physician in next room for one approximately one week until mysteriously alleged allegation of non-event is "reported," finally to employer / physician Mark Zielinski, who then immediately without consultation of his superiors, Tynes or Crapanzano, rushes an hysterical, unorthodox, devoid of acunen immediate decision for termination

 

(first offense, does not meet standard of threatening or violent speech in Patient Code of Conduct, therefore does not qualify for misfeasance of usage to sever patient relationship), conversation was completed, and further subsequent to traumatic event, then followed up through completion of patient request for refill by contacting pharmacy, no request to stop cursing, because I was not)

3. immediate dismissal (gross medical abandonment) 20 minutes before scheduled televisit

4. clinic-wide ban from all services including, complete failure to provide AMA policy, procedure, or 10 provision list for safety and continuity best practices

5. no personal consultation--ever

6.no legitimate reason, or prior warning. a completely impulsive decision which could not have happened as it was briefly fleshed out in a generalized, anectdotal mawkish gallimaufry of manic unpredictable hypermanic episodic lashing out, ending with an aphasic aftermath of opposite sadness which left him incapable of explaining the unprofessional heated meting out of depraved assassinationn too telling of the end of a career mistake to reveal or reverse--gleaned by me through the cynical coup d'etat severing my healthcare future, and cleaving my already cynical late in life depiction on humanity and the dour state it exists which must plot for dissonant quarks of unknown veangeance, decade-long recriminatory duplicities or deeply held truths instantly shattered from those who were singular trusted personages, in momentary quantam tricks from observation, changing only through the lens of the microscope, on love, trust, honesty, loyalty, and through historical deception for little gain to them annd psychic damage which this, the naive faith I had held in MY physicians, never broken as to the nightmarish manner which a figure of professioal trusted authority and science, never demonstratinng pedestrian uncareful deceit in the accomplishment of revenge for an aside from the difficulties of pandemic navigation. In 1 communication, two days subsequent to banishmennt, from a colleague, flustered and normally socially awkward and ineffectual as an academic psychologic researcher and grantist, whose only clue to humanness was upon my disgust at his failure to reportsince that date, both he and his colleague, department heads of the clinic, both New Orleanians, both unlikely to change their minds as it pertains to the implications on their career or ethical assessment, they were ignoring a sworn oath to report the possible intervention of a working colleague whom they could easily assess through the sloppy desperate, deployment of a most innocuous, even if believable offense, relying on the anxious hope against recantation in a turmoil of christian penance and hope of forgiveness, they would be the opposing, unmoved, slowly losing one more layer of human distance by voting through silence to ignore the serious sign of a colleague in professional distress and possible mental turpitude in need of intervention, if not for the patient's sake. But no matter why they did not do the ethical thing in the aftermath of amorphous fantastic recovery for the not viable but through lack of leadership and management as seen with John Paul Funes, and the same awkward disavowal, even arrogant self-righteousness (bolstered by an unhinged perversion of religiosity), which manifested itself through their begrudging treatment and response to one of the common reports whch the forensic account examiners from Medicaid and HHS, CMS, one of the federal departments who indeed found evidence while examining the Healthcare Giant's books for compliance and accuracy of billing for the almost entire profit structure of the organization is based--funding from the government and its reliance on the chairism which is its financial designation, letting its order provide its chairistic vision of providing healthcare while maintaining personal commitments of austerity in valoration of their chosen saint of antiquity, a 13th century ascetic, visionary wanderer whose vow of poverty kept his vow of humility (along with the help of self-flagellation) in check, while the ordinaries who they install to develop more and more power and influence, tempted by the impulsive inability to stop themselves, raid its larders to their own personal destruction, never getting close to the universal position of third order noviates and sisters--not nuns--no they work and make that money.

But somewhere along their third order Spirit of Franciscan chairism and devotional conversion their own imperfect expression through slow corruption of the apostolate, has taken on qualities which aid the ordinaries' sense of corporate personhood and devotion to their capitalist apostles, keeping them ordinary--the callous catechism of dogmatic deception through corporate hardening and inability to confess secret sins for easy renunciation and penance of prayer; they don't confess unless the confessor is holding the evidence and their lawyer nods them in to the deal, and then begrudgingly; because as the man said:  it's much easier to do the deed first, then beg for forgiveness, or admit to it, than the other way around.

7. Lannis Lee Tynes, M.D., PHd., contacted me two days after termination to impossibly ratify the unwitnessed hearsay and belated report, and fervent disputation of false allegations and a third world standard of punishment and excommunication to receive healthcare as a disabled citizen, relieved of the right for Federal provided health equity through due process and investigation,upon request of his colleague and friend, LSU Residential Program head, as the unmentioned second attempt of Zielinski to force me out of clinic (his first occurred two years previously, squashed for no cause by Tynes himself, who then placed me with Zielinski as my therapist in a transfer--much to my protestation--having observed Zielinski's manner and arrogant intimidation techniques, through his supervisory role as Associate Professor LSU, Civil Servant, State Employee, further exposing his criminality more and different but coequal with Federal statutes in the administration of CMS Medicaid funded healthcare Federal and State laws, serving at the pleasure of the governing LSU board of supervisors, separate but added to myriad Fed Laws, responsible to follow regarding Medicaid, medical ethics, etc.--all in the service of his partial job description which entails the day to day consultation and duties of on average 5 to 8 residents per year, each seeing one to two patients at the clinic for the intensive completion of their undergraduate Med School requirement before graduation, licensure, and match, fully imbued with authority to treat, including prescribing psychiatric drugs, etc.)

9. no preliminary notice or cause of action

10. denial of due process, right to appeal, and all relevant communication with entire clinic, FMOLHS, OLOL, executive corporate offices, administrative supervisors, entire resource list of contacts from FMOLHS website, never a promised callback from left message of ethics or civil rights provided internal offices

11. no referral for continuity of patient care during COVID-19 pandemic critical June 2021 EBR Parish gubernatorial Stay at Home Order

12. Violation AMA Best Practices in due process, discovery, appeal--squashed through universal insttution of No Contact Policy until present--10.8.21

13. No provision for treatment until 30 days past transition of July 2, 2021
