And how do you uphold the Franciscan spirit which differs no wise from evangelical ideals and practices, to help in recalling to memory on such a timely occasion the teachings and example of the life of the Patriarch of Assisi, after the scourge of a  published list, highly representative in makeup a Diocesan clergy,  through our Bishop's own transparency, a list of priests whose name appears as those deemed to have had  credible allegations, and  found to be sex offenders, only this week alerting me to their on-site residency at St. Aloysius Elementary school, where I attended during a specific   10-year span, when four of the predators (two from the Franciscan Order),  synced with my presence their,  lay in wait on school grounds--and then once discovered,  protected and kept secret--just as it seems you are doing now with a doctor--not recognizing that history does indeed repeat itself.

Your vow of poverty and chastity are laudable, but incredible for those of your organization whose vows are much less exclusive, and to whose enrichment those appointed members took you (taxpayers) for a million dollars, some of which was used to pay LSU football players.

Your President and CEO and long-time advocate  of your organization did not respond to a personal letter written to him, his -- an elitist non-response into a serious offense by a Catholic institution whose Patron Saint's Humility you fail to uphold--silent as to hearing  these grievances--inattention and cover-up protects a physician of no great stature--perplexing, but also the inspiration and impetus for this public notice as to your dereliction and actionable violation of man-made policy and procedure under updated, enforced federal requirements--state, civil, and tortious avenues of appeal, to what began as a repugnant, impulsive, bad decision by an unscrupulous doctor--to that which is now through inaction best by your estimation called, as your calling sometimes represents its role in dispensation --do you lean toward péché capital, or a lesser transgression?

May the holy Mother of God guard and protect you! For she has a special place in your theological tradition, especially regarding the mystery of the Immaculate Conception. Through this mystery she became the most perfect human type of the Church, which

But don't forget the detriment it has caused both me and your respective empire of healthcare services through an unseemly timeline of institutional  breakdown,  too early to be told from its current state of  desuetude and spiritual squalor.

Christ, its founder, wanted to be "having no spot or wrinkle, but holy and without blemish" (cf. Eph. 5:27). Imitate Mary, who was entirely devoted to the will of God. Listen to her who gives you this exhortation concerning her Son: "Whatsoever he shall say to you, do it" (Jn 2:5).

Finally to strengthen you always to respond zealously to your noble Franciscan vocation, with the loving sentiments of a father we impart to you here present and to your entire religious family the Apostolic Blessing.
